Doodz is a series turning mundane shapes and objects into living beings. They share similar emotions to daily events, like job resumes or simply enjoying a snack, that us as people do. Creating them has brought me a sense of reality in finding each object around of trying to fulfill its manufactured purpose as I strive to find my own.

Elephants is a series dedicated to the elephant trinkets I have collected over the years growing up as they are a symbol of happiness to me. They decorate my studio and keep me upbeat as I work. I continue to be inspired by their humble presence and vibrant colors.

Plants explores the continuation of life through various "homes" of potted desk plants. It highlights natural beauty without flourishes of color as the plants thrive in their own biological ways influenced through individual needs.

Wine About It is a series still in-progress. It explores the emotional connections of spontaneous moments, captured through stippling, that draw blood from the human figure. These moments highlight mortality, sympathy, and the discomfort within ephemeral events.
